An Autumnal mandala made as a sister piece to "Bloom". This design was created by Marie over 30 hours of hand drawing using fine line ink pens.

The story behind the art

This design has elements of Autumn to complement Bloom's focus on Spring. In the intricate details you can see rays of sunshine, trees losing their leaves, and many types of flowers including plumerias, daisies, roses, lotuses and anemones just to name a few. The asymmetrical design follows the theme of organic and irregular shapes in nature, but the central mandala remind us of the sacred natural geometry that lies underneath it all.
