Thank you for understanding that there is no “change of mind” policy for any items or orders. This art business is run by caring human hands and Marie asks for your understanding with refund requests.

Marie is happy to help with returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges if products are defective or damaged. Please get in touch with Marie via email as soon as possible (marie@shalaart.com). The policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, a return, refund, replacement, or exchange cannot be offered.
